Chef Aaron Dillon has always had a passion for cooking. He grew up watching his mother, a Texas native, cook traditional Southern cuisine every Sunday for their family and close friends. This upbringing immersed Chef Aaron in the rich flavors and techniques of Southern cooking.
While his mother hails from Texas, Chef Aaron also has roots in Louisiana, infamous for its vibrant Cajun spices and flavors. Combining his love for both cuisines, he uses his creative desire to fuse the two and formulate sophisticated dining experiences, which have become the hallmark of Dillon’s Catering.

Chef Aaron Dillon's talents lie in his unique methods of "transforming southern staples into gourmet delights." With an innovative approach, he takes traditional Southern dishes and elevates them to a whole new level, infusing them with his own creative flair.
